Australian Dairy Discovery (recipe book)
Dairy Australia distributes the ‘Australian Dairy Discovery’ cookbook to their key international markets, heavily featuring Australian dairy products.
A new version of the book gets released biannually. Julia contributed a number of recipes to this latest edition, and Tim has to the previous ones.
Julia was also hired to do the styling and photography of the recipes seen in this edition.
