In May 2021, we interviewed celebrity chef Guy Grossi from Grossi Florentino in Melbourne and filmed an exclusive tour of his restaurant.

The video was commissioned by the Victorian Government’s Trade and Investment Office in Dubai to be shown during the launch dinner party of the Taste the Flavour of Victoria event. Guy created the menus for the event, incorporating the best produce Victoria has to offer.

We were asked to create the experience of a live stream, despite the video being pre-recorded.
